Shipping
- Orders will be shipped FedEx, except in special circumstances, approved by Genie.
- Residential deliveries require an additional $4.00 in shipping.
- For international shipments, duties and taxes, when applicable, will be charged separately.
Return Policy
- Signet, Inc. will gladly accept and process in-stock returns at no charge (except freight, when applicable) within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
- A return authorization number must be obtained from a Genie team representative and noted on the package being returned.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping, as well as shipping/handling on the original order and the exchange order (if applicable).
- Signet, Inc. will handle all merchandise pick up arrangements for damaged/defective or mis-shipped orders.
- No restocking fee applies.
- Special Order/Custom items are not returnable.
